What are you on: Martin is not leaving PRR, he is still on the Board.
Now that he has a good reputation, many other companies will try to poach him by offering him millions of options and hope he makes their company too a 20 times bagger. I believe that is why Martin left the full time CEO position - to Make Hay While the Sun Shines.
But he is still on the PRR board.
