You will note that Greencape Capital is an associated entity mentioned in the attachment to the change in holding disclosure by CGF. It is a notice of change in the Greencape Capital holding with CGF being the buyer/transferor. The final holding is 6.32%. This disclosure may be linked to the consistent depression of the price in recent times. Occasionally the institutions will conduct a series of sales and purchases of a stock (particularly the less liquid ones) to ensure that the average price they pay for the desired volume is not inflated by their demand exceeding the supply offered by sellers. Some call it market making others have a different view. I am not saying that it is certain in this case but it cannot be ruled out. I am happy enough to see that Greencape Capital have some confidence in CLG.
