Ok, thanks, if Lynas process elsewhere, then that means building another LAMP or earning much less if Lynas let someone else process it. Unless Lynas receive compensation if the existing LAMP gets mothballed, then building another processing plant is going to mean a capital raising. Also, Lynas would lose its first mover advantage, which was key to being able to fund expansion with the 1 or 2 year lead on competitors and the associated high REO prices. Anyway, I'm probably guessing at best, maybe they'll just buy an existing antiquated processing plant in Estonia or something :)
