Good luck to you. I am sorry to keep butting heads wtih the chartist ideology but you cannot be a LT Buy , hold or have any kind of hold sentiment and be a chartist. It is incongruous.
Lastly the only other thing I would say is (bravely) 60's is unlikely. Lynas has an enterprise value in the mid 80's without the TOL and without even the LAMP.
If you want to look at absolute doom and gloom then it is below even fair price with this aspect of things.
