Maybe some current shorters are the same ones that got burnt about Feb 18 when strategic tie up with Fonterra was announced.
Think they want their money back based on animal spirits rather than fundamentals.
I will probably buy more stock 1 week before AGM.
Think the AGM result will meet expectations for this ever expanding consumer staples co.
Marketing spend for 2020 is not much more than 2019. Dont know what the fuss is about.
Also Board must approve CEO share sales whether its an allowable window or not. Their securities trading policy is on their web site.
Thus extra marketing spend and CEO selling shares are minimal concerns from my standpoint.
