Not so sure DD. Many a company have gone insolvent and had great assets - Pasminco a notable one with Century Mine. Immediacy of cashflow is key. If you are unable to meet your creditors requirements you are insolvent. Asset sales are not liquid and can take time (as NXS has excruciatingly demonstrated), so if creditors put a wind up on your co., you're stuffed.
That said, I don't think we are at that point, close, but not quite. It all comes down to lenders / immediate asset sale and Longtom 4 staying productive and a timely recovery of LT 3. Hopefully no CR
