SCHILDE – ConSept installs first household energy-fuel technology

ConSept, a family construction company that develops and builds homes with innovative sustainable technologies, has on a construction project in Schilde, the first BlueGen installed. ConSept will install the Bluegen in some of its new projects and further commercialization. "The BlueGen, developed by Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd., is based on fuel cell technology that homes and small businesses autonomously from power and hot water provides," says managing director Raoul Delaney (photo). "The system achieves an electrical efficiency of up to 60% and a total system efficiency of up to 85%." The equipment generates about 13,000 kWh power per year (an average family has on average 3000 à 5000 kWh needed).
