IMO both ETM and the future of Greenland are now at a tipping point. Either the arbitration enables ETM to start viable mining, or ETM proceeds to court for cost recovery for compensation from the Danish Govt and the GoG.

The compensation issue would be a two edged sword to Greenland, an immediate loss in the level of dependency funding that will impact the national economy, PLUS the loss of confidence for international investment in mid to large scale mining that could have made the country economically viable so quickly.

The party politics we have seen over the last week IMO has demonstrated that for now and the foreseeable future, unless ETM gets a guaranteed approval to mine, while the shareholders in ETM might get a windfall from compensation, the people of Greenland get little chance of economic independence fore many years to come. No win - win there.

I hope arbitration offers the opportunity for the mine to proceed, becos its the most viable and quickest way to kick start Greenland's path to financial interdependence and wealth, and from my own position, its only the Greenland project that keeps me interested in ETM as an investment.

Managements intent is to be able to mine the tenement for the benefit of the people of Greenland, shareholders and the world.
