From about 17:50 - I look for highly engaged boards, who are invested and can drive the company onwards.
The smaller the company, the more important board members are. They have to be willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved. It's not enough to attend 4 meetings per year. I look for boards that are big shareholders, are willing to do studies, geological work etc.... Boards that are up all night thinking about how they can maximize the outcome for investors.


Sounds like a Board I know.
