Interesting if we have higher inflation, higher asset prices, low intetest rates combined with highish unemoyment and low wages growth good luck to those wanting to buy their 1st home. There would have to be huge subsidies. That is when we see sub prime lenders hit the mortgage market.
Gold really does well in these circumstances. So we may very well have a lot to look forward to.
