I note he is quite modest with increases in housing prices....

** I particularly enjoy his statement, about political interference, politics is interwined in all economics and investments, much to the chagrin of economists and forecasters...
he calls it a 'left of field' moment...

just wondering....anyone watching the huge problems with the Eurozone, and its impaction on the stocks and gold markets..... would they describe it as ....non political ???? when 3 prime ministers have been removed in the process...

I know Craig is described as a bull....when in fact he is more optimistic....rather than a pessimist...

I say bring on 2012....
because 2011 has been a rather boring, unproductive year...IMO
