    If my recollection is correct, Davis and Bryant (one of the top 20 s/holders, via sentenial) were on the Board of QGC. They took the coy from a mere $20m coy to $1bil ++. QGC was one of the first to venture into csg. Not sure how one could suggest that the Board lack knowledge or know how to venture into gas. Gas is what they know best.
