conservitive mediator?

    I am a little concerned that the mediator for this stock is somewhat conservative and not letting some genuine points of view to be told. This is a forum for various points of views. Not just for shareholders here to talk the price up. I would be interested to see other thoughts, or if the mediator finds this inappropriate.
