Now the israel war has started you might be right about energy and more inflation to come, The effect of energy and inflation on gold will also have a dramatic negitive effect the world economy. There will reach a tipping point where the world enters recession, that might not be today but could take 6 months. In a recession based on history there should be a significant correction.
