My 2 cents, I dont have a problem with basket price, if a client is buying all sizes of your graphite production then the percentage of jumbo, super jumbo, small flake makes up your sale price. Now the basket is provided in the PFS. Naturally each shipment will checked and no doubt the price will reflect variations.
Basket price is a simplistic way to give a snapshot of projected earnings.
The only problem I have with this is the "market" price that the graphite is linked to as there simply isnt a real graphite market, however I feel that will soon change and that will be the best indicator of fluctuating market prices. Its also a very real risk at the moment, but as HK said, lifes a daring adventure or its nothing..... (With stops inplace of course)
Perhaps someone could ask Jaded as apparently he has me on ignore how he would supposedly price MNS's offtake "Basket" of graphite and what price he would deduce??
