However the best facility we have to avoid another poor result is the irrefutable data that has been accumulated in the past.
There is a wealth of unsatisfactory past data on these people. BGS and JRV are only two examples of what is fast becoming an avalanche of particularly questionable manoeuvres.
Make no mistake. There will be no future if these people produce more questionable performances and further destroy shareholder capital. Regardless of position on any list or eluded connections such as ASIC.
