Why would Kupang power station be upgraded if not to support this project?
Why would Indo government thwart this project that would be economically prosperous to the community by denying DSO approval?
There must be issues with shipping/ refurbishment of smelters. To have them onsite would be a green light for granting of DSO and if a Cap raise needs to happen to achieve this then so be it.
This project will go ahead imo but at what cost. I am free carried and willing to punt on success.
I was wondering if a Cap raise along with a consolidation would be on the agenda. ?
