Yes I agree its disappointing that only one of the Q4 17 milestones were met (reciept of building and regulatory approvals for kupang development).
An explanation would be great but this is not always advantageous for the sentiment of the market during delays. But yes frustrating to not be in the know as to why.
As they have stated in the quarterly activities statement the MoU is now being finalised into an operating agreement.

Hopefully we get an update in the coming days.
