    Most likely there will be another capital raise which I would presume will be announced in the coming days / week. Maybe shares will be offered around the 0.9c - 1c ( roughly 20% discount at 1.3c).
    This should raise enough to complete construction of the hub and get to production.
    I don't think they will execute the CPA with Acuity but will use this as a plan B which I don't think is such a bad idea. This could all be completely wrong but its what my gut is telling me so thought I would share.
