I agree with you. Also moving from a capital light model to a capital intense model forces the company to focus on different things, i.e. capital mgt, operations, primary supply chain etc. This in turn increases staffing and overheads which in turn eats up revenue.
Increase stake yes, Full T/O no.
Wonder how many that are selling A2 know that it is cash rich and debt free, the exact thing you want to be in teh current situation.
