    the UN peacekeeping force of 28,000 would certainly help,shift the balance. PEAK OIL, if the US know there is large reserves it will eventually be drilled.
    Only problem is ,whether it will involve RRS,at the moment the confusing point is AOI share price remains stable while RRS needs life support.
