Your idea warrants repeating NB
Halving management salaries and buying back hzn shares could return 54,000,000 shares to holders p.a. If we gave them thirds which is a very generous wage we could return 72,000,000 shares to holders p.a.
In less than 5 years this will undilute what was given to IMC (I have no issue with IMC) diluting shareholders.
This could more than double or triple the share price IMHO.
This is an idea whose time has come. Simple, effective, elegant and benefits everyone. Most importantly it forges a common bond between share holders and management. I'm not sure if the execs read our posts but I'm going to send it to them for consideration.
