My guess is that potential EMR holders have been doing their due dilligence and homework before buying.
ETE holders who are convinced of the GRB project viability would be mad not to buy into EMR. It is one way that those ETE holders who want ETE to have 100% share of the project could have 100% interest themselves. Why bother with the risk and dilution of having ETE going 100%, when all they have to do is buy EMR shares. Wouldn't that be an interesting portfolio.?
