Yes , I agree with your assessment, however if they were smarter they could pick the eyes out of the more profitable business in insurance...but in NOT Car or flood prone or fire prone areas. NearMap are making this easier now with insurance tools. They would need to buy into an already small agency & run it like Coles did imo
trouble is ego usually takes over and they buy into a multi billion insurance company and lose a fortune.
