Sovereign risk? SAS has no infrastructure on the ground like a mining operation, so there is no risk there. You talk about sovereign risks generically in Africa and South America. Neither of these regions are going to go to war or have some despot take over the entire continent. They are made up of a multitude of separate countries which the risk is spread across.
