What announcement(s) are you looking for in particular?
I also think that this is a particularly hard stock to value - where do you see the upside potential going too?
It has been a long road to get back to pre 2007 levels, and I am sure that a few people do not want to be "caught out" like before.
There do seem to be a few "balls in the air" but then again, there always have. Northrop seem to have been sitting on there hands for a long time now.
Having said that, I am happy to be holding at the moment,
