I’m new to this forum, looking for some confirmation on the consideration shares being issued to shareholders in CRH. Why does RNU state the shares are at an issue price of $0.0688? As far as I can tell there is no-one paying for their shares. Do they just nominate this price for accounting purposes, so the transaction can go on the books at an agreed price?
Appreciate some clarity.
