Keen to read up on the following;
The compliance with respect to the Australian accounting standards as it relates to;
1. Valuation of Goodwill
2. Amortisation of Goodwill (relating to recent acquisitions)
3. Relevant financial ratios other than loss per share {which is minimal IMO)
4. Valuation and details of, with respect to non current assets
5. Auditor comments I will ignore
6. Post balance date subsequent events
7. The Directors Report
