Does anyone know if the Arbitrator signals an intention, (to applicant and defendant), when an award is close to being made. IE as a final chance for a negotiated settlement, or does the award just come whenever the Arbitrator has had sufficient time to consider all aspects put forward at the trial/hearings and just makes the award out of the blue?
