Although we did notreceive a sufficiently attractive offer to progress a transaction, the recently announced Mereenietransaction, which will see New Zealand Oil & Gas and Horizon Oil purchase Macquarie’s 50% interestin the Mereenie gas field, confirms the value we see in our stakes in the Mereenie, Palm Valley andDingo fields".
