consmin takeover bid looming

Mr Richard Elman, has resigned as a director effective immediately. I doubt whether he has become so busy that he cannot handle the job, thats just the management of ConsMins spin on it.
I'd say it can mean one of two things, either
(a) he is so upset with the deal that he wants to step away from the flak and doesn't want any part of the eventual showdown when the vote is No.
(b) Remember Noble Group deal with all the Chinese steel makers in China. They are oozing $$$, what a perfect chance to pick up their supplies of nickel, manganese, chromite, iron ore for a pittance. He maybe stepping away and preparing a bid in conjunction with a Chinese steel maker.
(Its only a guess, but I think it is very possible, you have to remember Brian Gilbertson wants it cheap to supply the Chinese, the Chinese are smart and now they have plenty of money). Just look at the deal between ARH and Shougang Corp
