    BRAZIL'S CVRD, the world's second biggest miner after their buy out of Canada's Nickel giant INCO, bought coal miner AMCI Holdings Australia a couple of weeks ago in a $835 million deal.

    So I'm not sure if AMCI will be part of a cash offer for CSM. Maybe CVRD-Inco will though.
