For those who dont know MK told of his intentions to sell shares way before he actually did it. He told of his plans for Monarch and Croesus and others and its obvious he needs cash to do it.

In fact Im surprised he held on for so long before selling. Ppl here want to say its funny how he sold at around 2.65 or whatever right before the fall but he could have sold the lot right away over $4 when CSM ripped him off. He could have made millions more.

It is normal for a director to sell their shares when they plan to leave the board - like I say he could have made millions more.

Id like to know what % of market cap is currently shorted though?

.....I bet this has a lot to do with the SP being where it is - its being traded and not invested in. Not all stocks are shortable and in a booming market why would you bother coz everything goes up. Then along comes CSM with MK leaving and its all negative sentiment from then - perfect for shorting.

NOW they are really looking like being a Take Over target themselves IMO. I couldnt imagine anyone getting them for less than $3 a share - thats a 50% premium from current price.

I just reckon they are oversold and may continue to be but I dont mind so much even though I got in at 2.67 coz im just gonna get some more.
