If they list on the US markets as mentioned in their plans, they need to meet a minimum price for listing. NASDAQ initial minimum is $ 5.00 per share which would require a massive reverse split to achieve or some type of ADR listing where one US share in FBR represents 5,000 Australian shares for example.
Don't see it happening anytime soon.
