    A lot of people are fixated on SP and Shares on offer moreso than Marketcap or % holding and/or Marketcap/% growth. While i agree with you in my own investment he is right for a portion of investors therefore it does matter.

    Its worth considering the other side on this one. I personally know people who haven't invested because shares on issue scared them. Not my opinion but theirs.
