tullow ultimately goes on to operate and develop the toubkal field with partner kosmos, who farmed in to PVD's acreage in December 2012. the consortium applies the same exploration approach to two other large tertiary fan systems in the mazagan block, proving an additional billion barrel discovery and a sub-commerical discovery.
