This is my take on it.

The IRR in Boss' EFS is 47% which, according to this article is so good that it's "hard to believe" and so dividends are going to be outstanding.

A sensational dividend on a penny share is still a bit underwhelming to anyone outside our contrarian U space.
A sensational dividend on our consolidated shares is going make investors and institutions outside of the U space sit up and listen.

So the consolidation, in the long term, should attract liquidity we wouldn't otherwise see which can only be good for our multiples.

(On a macro level I think money flow will eventually pivot from generalist stocks over to commodities and PM's and that's when Boss' IRR/consolidation will make it stand out to funds, looking for a home, that don't know this space.)
