All seems perfectly logical to me. During the upcoming period of growth we may need access to funds in order to ensure we can actually grow. Doesn't mean it will be used 'just because'. It will be handy to have in the back pocket. If all goes to plan, we really wont care about a CR when the SP is 10 times what it is now.
