    I have returned my vote for the AGM and it was against consolidation.

    After a lot of thought - as I generally lean towards thinking that management has a better grasp than this one lil ole lady investor - I voted that way as the consolidation was not substantiated with reasons other then a perception of of 'smoke and mirrors'.
