CUL is now consolidating between 13c to 14.5c and this will last for a couple of months before it climb onto a higher level - this is the way CUL does and it is always coming without notice - once consolidation is done/complete, it will move on, simply need to market to accept a higher platform every time, in the other word, 13c is the new low/support now!!! Beware of its break out after June08!!!
