Well, I have found a few things on stock consolidation: Artificial way of raising stock price. Market can take a dim view and share price can go back to original price ($0.01). Allows company to go back to capital raising again (deja vu). Can improve fundamentals like Earnings Per Share.
As Moly mentioned on the other post, this may have been factored into the currant share price. Is 50cents a share achievable with only 129,500,000 shares on the market?? More thoughts??
