Two plus billion shares out and about, TOE will need to raise a decent amount of cash for building their plant.
I think a ten percent consolidation will be needed. Could be more.
Share price will jump to approx. fifty cents (today's share price).
And one million shares will reduce to one hundred thousand.
No one lends money to a penny dreadful with two billion shares on offer.
Ninety percent of consolidations cause the new share price to crash.
Just a thought.
