legally a breach and a default are pretty much the same things - apples for apples...

regardless, can anyone provide any further detail about the issues I raised in my previous post under this thread namely, whether ASOF fulfilled their side of the agreement, as I can't see them having done what was originally announced, seemingly because of the default/breach by MST management - if they haven't had to fulfill, then everyone is much worse off than just the $700K convertible security they pocketed
