You have missed a VERY important point should consolidation occur. The notes will be consilidated on the same basis and so will all the numbers inside them so, assuming your 1:1000 consolidation,

CURRENT
1,000 notes each at $0.135 with VWAP conversion max at $0.0105 as you have stated

POST CONSOLIDATION would become
1 note at $13.50 with VWAP conversion max at $10.50, which makes it a wash (I believe).

So too will any options be consolidated in the same fashion.

Still, I believe the notes are a good/better buy and I do hold some.
