Someone is manipulating this stock madly and in my opinion we, the shareholders, are kept in the dark, like the proverbial mushroom.
Options conversion??? That's another thing that needs clarifications, IMHO.
And finally,
CORTIS. in my past experience, I did not have any immediate benefits from consolidations. The Directors may have but I didn't. Also, when awarding themselves incentive options, (the directors that is), which most of the time are at a very low threshold/target price, it would not sound as bad if they award themselves say 2, 3 or 5,000,000 options instead of say 20, 30 or 50,000,000 options. WOULD IT???
Just my thoughts anyway.
So for anyone who doesn't agree with me, fire away. I am ready.
Wait till I put on my bullett proof vest on first, though.
