I voted no on all accounts to the agm except for number 5, IMHO we don't need to consolidate, it's just a ruse for board members to string along the company, getting paid an exorbitant amount each year for doing not much, and it allows the SP to drop even further, eroding what investments us plebs placed into it. The asx has become a place where vultures circle and live in boardrooms
