Might as well issue 3.6 billion shares at 5 cents a piece, then use the capital to buy up some local 'distressed' assests and put them into profitable production...

I was so sure there was some value here, but have been burnt for the last time, OKAP just seem to gouge the retail shareholder for all they're worth whilst lining their own pockets.

To survive these downturns companies must minimise overheads as much as possible, CCC just gets more and more bloated. They look to be running out of money again, wouldn't bet against another cap raising very soon...
