Just reading the pre-consolidation announcement dated 4/4/07:

The institutional placement previously approved by shareholders will be completed at $0.025 per share with one (1) free attaching option ($0.05, 1 Oct 2010) for every two (2) shares subscribed for.

Im with you in the minimal understanding of this announcement.... does the above mean that existing shareholders were issued with 0.5 an option per share held at the time of consolidation, or only new investors who purchased after consolidation??
