    This consolidation is a great move IMO. Way too many shares on offer and CTP at present is nothing more than a plaything for the mad punters and day traders. RC want's instos on the register so it's time to grow up and play with the big boys. Less shares on issue will attract genuine investment. It will be short term pain for longer term gain.
