    P gunzburg,through Eurogold has increased his ability to control dragon over the last year.Bought into brinkley,then used it to buy dragon,which effectively controlled 12% of dragon and was only just taken over by eurogold at considerable discount to the market value of dragon shares held,via share swop.Now controls 17% thru eurogold.A director of all three companies.

    another way to increase your holding as a shareholder,is not to sell when there is a share buy back,which dirctors have announced for their holdings.Dragon buys back 10%
    and you now own nearly 20% of the shares for a cash sweep.

    Majically shares become cheaper on consolidation.It may also stops funds being interested because,the number of shares on issue is below their minimum and trading volumes are reduced.It may also encourage some nibbling away,to exit,in the turmoil,who knows.
